The initial assessment                                           Contact is made to arrange a suitable location and convenient time to carry out an initial assessment. The history, signs and symptoms of your complaint are investigated to build up a picture of your problem. An examination of the affected area follows and you may be asked to carry out functional tasks or simple exercises. An accurate diagnosis is made based on clinical expertise and a treatment plan discussed. Treatments will then be administered and advice given to aid recovery and prevent re-occurence of the problem in the future.   Initial assessments take around 45 - 60 minutes to complete.

Follow up appointments                                       After the initial assessment and treatment session we will discuss with you a proposed treatment plan give you an estimate as to the length of treatment required and the proposed outcome of your treatment give you an exercise program to carry out containing simple exercises and stretches give advice on prevention and may leave equipment with you to aid rehabilitation arrange a follow up appointment if required Follow up appointments take around 30 - 45 minutes to complete. We are always available for contact should any problems or questions arise and even when a follow up appointment is not required we like to monitor progress through a courtesy phone call or e-mail.

We try to be as flexible as possible to accommodate your needs offerring weekday, evening and weekend appointment times.

For customers in remote areas a £5 fuel supplement may apply but we try to accommodate you within our working schedule.
